Hey! I'm Juan
I go by JDOWombo online
I'm a composer going 4 years strong, gaining a good amount of sfx experience along the way. So far I've participated in 4 game jams, finished over 30 songs, and created over 50 sound effects! You can find all of it here just by clicking on my portfolio

What are your rates?

The minimum is 10 dollars per minute of music. The highest bid gets prioritized, so the minimum bid may leave you on a waitlist. When you finish the form, I'll email you on how long you should have to wait.

How do I know you'll be a good fit?

You can view my music and SFX here to get an idea of my work. I can also send you a demo track before you pay. But if you don't believe I am a good fit for your project, I'd be happy to help you find someone who is!

Do you charge for revisions?

It will vary between 0-15$ depending on the scope of the revision. As a good rule of thumb, if it'll take less than 10 minutes of my time to fix, then it's on the house.

A game made for the 119th mini game jam. The theme was "heaven". The game is quite difficult and unfinished, but that is just the nature of a 3 day game jam. I did some SFX but focused on music. You can find the game here: https://klimkam.itch.io/godly-ruller.The game is an RTS (real time strategy) game that features angel and demon villages. Both teams start with 1 village and can corrupt or purify any village. The goal is to purify every village, including the demon villages. You'll have to manage your angels carefully because you have healers, archers and warriors and so do the demons.

A game made for the 22nd metroidvania month. The game was abandoned because of many real life issues coming up for most of the team. I did the SFX and music. The game was set to be a cyberpunk future set where cyborg robotics were being introduced to the public. Some had more robotics than others. You were a veteran armed with only the best. However, during the war, nukes were launched. If not for the advanced anti-nuclear tech and quick diplomatic action, the world would be a wasteland. You go back to your city which was successful in repelling the nuclear attacks but notice the damage to the economy was severe. You go home to rest only then to be pillaged for your parts by a gang. You set out to retrieve your parts but more importantly get revenge on the gangs that ruined your city.

The Boss Rush 2022 game jam never got finished. I was left in the dark after the first few days and not much work got done, I focused on finishing my end which was the SFX end. I also contributed a song to the OST.The game was meant to be a shooter platformer, where you went to hell in order to rescue your loved one who was pulled down. You fight 10 bosses, one for each level of hell, and one for Satan himself (we didn't plan to do all of those of course, just 3 for the jam). The arenas and bosses would get progressively smaller for each boss you fought. The bosses matched with their "theme" (e.g. Greed, Anger, etc.). There was also the plan to create a basic crafting system to match the Jam's theme (makeshift).

A game made for the 6th Major Jam. The theme was "life". The programmers had a hard time at the end, not having much time to work with the art they needed. I did the SFX and contributed one song. You can find the game here:

The game is a sci-fi survival horror game with puzzle elements. You are the last scientist of your group and you task yourself with neutralizing the alien. You notice the alien is repelled and lured by certain plant's smells. The alien can also smell you. You use these plants to lure the alien awayFirst you must re-open the biology door (that broke when the alien got loose) with a manual. Then you must use the supercomputer to extract the repellent's chemical to make it potent. Finally, lure the alien to containment and subject the alien to the chemical.
